Atlanta Bound: World Peace Walkers on a Journey to End Modern Day SlaveryAudri Scott Williams and Karen Hunter Watson announce that on April 22, 2016, the Trail of Dreams World Peace Walkers and Partners in The Red Flame for Freedom will begin travelling to communities throughout the United States to raise awareness about the proliferation of modern day slavery experienced through sex trafficking, human trafficking, mass incarceration, and children in poverty. Modern day slavery is not simply a foreign issue, it is also an American issue and may be closer than you think.
The World Peace Walkers will arrive in Atlanta, GA on April 22nd for a weekend of activities at the Little Five Points Center for Arts and Community located at 1083 Austin Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30307.

Activities include:
- Arts for Social Change Open Mic on April 22nd, Friday evening from 7pm to 9:30pm;
- Ending Modern Day Slavery Panel Discussion on April 23rd from 1:30pm – 4pm; followed by a walk to the Land Trust Community Gardens for “Arts in the Garden” and the planting of a Freedom Pole.
- Audri Scott Williams and Karen Hunter Watson, as a part of The Red Flame for Freedom, will host an Interfaith/Inter-Spiritual Circle at the Land Trust on Sunday, April 24th from 2pm to 4pm.
